Golden Residency Requirements
Public investment investor
If you invest in a public investment fund, you are eligible for a 10-year golden residence visa without a guarantor, with the following conditions:
Bring a letter from an approved investment fund in the country stating that there is a deposit of 2 million dirhams
Bring a valid commercial or industrial license with the company’s Memorandum of Association, which shows that the share of the capital invested in it is not less than 2 million dirhams.
Bring a letter from the Federal Tax Authority stating that he is an owner or partner in an establishment that pays tax to the government and that his contribution to the tax is not less than 250 thousand dirhams annually.
You should also:
Owning the capital is a complete form so that it is not a loan;
Submit proof of health insurance for you and your family (if any).

Real estate investor

If you own real estate or a group of real estate, you may obtain a golden residence visa for a period of 5 years, renewable on the same terms and without the need for a guarantor, after fulfilling the following requirements:
Bring a letter from the Real Estate Registration Department in the competent emirate stating that he is the owner of one or more real estate whose value is not less than 2 million dirhams, and in which it is indicated that the real estate is not subject to a housing proof loan in the country (house ownership or house lease contract).

Entrepreneurs

You can obtain a golden residence visa for a period of 5 years if you are an entrepreneur and own an economic project of a technical or future nature based on risks and innovation. To prove this, the following letters must be obtained:
A letter from an auditor in the state stating that the value of the project is not less than 500,000 dirhams (project owner).
A letter from the competent authorities in the emirate stating that the project is of a technical or future nature in which leadership is achieved (project owner)
A letter from an accredited business incubator or the competent authority in the emirate stating that the project is pioneering and of a technical or future nature (project founder)

Brilliant students

High School Students
If you are a high school student with a high ranking in the country (with a grade of at least 95% in a public or private high school). You may obtain a 5-year residency visa without a guarantor provided you submit a letter of recommendation from the Ministry of Education (Emirates Education Foundation). Residency may be renewed if the student is still registered at a university in the country and needs a study period of more than 5 years.

Emirati University Students

Outstanding Emirati university students can obtain a 10-year residence visa without a guarantor, provided they meet the following requirements:
The university must be classified as (A) or (B) according to the classification approved by the Ministry of Education
Recommendation letter from the university or graduation certificate showing that the student's GPA is not less than 3.5 in A-ranked universities or 3.8 in B-ranked universities

It must not have been more than two years since graduation.

Foreign University Students

To issue a golden residency for the first graduates of foreign university students, the following is required:
That the classification of foreign universities be among the top 100 universities in the world according to the international classification approved by the Ministry of Education
The cumulative grade point average for a bachelor's degree should not be less than 3.5
Not more than two years have passed since graduation
The certificate must be approved by the Ministry of Education

Pioneers of humanitarian action

If you are a humanitarian pioneer, you can get a 10-year golden residence visa, and you must be in the following categories to qualify as a humanitarian pioneer:
Members of international and regional organizations, or distinguished employees therein, for a period of no less than (5) five years
Members of non-governmental associations and institutions of public interest, or distinguished employees therein, for a period of no less than (5) five years
Recipients of appreciation awards from one of the local, regional or international institutions specialized in the field of humanitarian work
Distinguished volunteers in the field of humanitarian work, for a period of no less than (5) years or (500) volunteer hours.
Financially supporting humanitarian work, provided that the value of the support is not less than 2,000,000 AED or its equivalent.

Workers in the first line of defense

Workers in the first line of defense who make exceptional efforts during crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, can obtain a golden residence permit upon the recommendation of the competent authority. This category includes nurses, paramedics, medical assistants, laboratory technicians, pharmacists and other cadres accredited by the National Pride Office.
